Rabblerabble.: There's some things about military SOs that really bother me.
I’ve talked about the whole wearing your SOs rank thing before, so I’m not going to get into that.
I hate when people are like “real love is loving someone in the military,” or the whole “real love is trading diamonds for dog tags.” So, that means that my friend’s marriage isn’t going to work out…
This. I’m also kind of leery of the folks that say “real men wear dog tags.” Being in the Military doesn’t give you an instant superhero macho man card. I’ve known some real jerks, wimps, and skeevs that have been in the Military, and I know some amazing, kind, fantastic men that are civilians.
